    Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

    We treat every customer like a happy member of the Daabu family. This page tells you exactly what to do if something isn't right — no fine print surprises.

      Return eligibility

    Return window

    You may raise a return request within 15 days of delivery. Once your product reaches our returns hub and our team has completed a successful quality check, we’ll promptly issue your refund back to your original payment method.

    Damaged or defective items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Reports raised after 48 hours cannot be processed.

     Pre-stitched or pre-draped sarees

     Sarees with fall & pico applied

     Products with stitched blouses

     Items with alteration / size customisation

     Not reported within 48 hours of delivery

     Dispatched without Return Accepted confirmation

     Items missing original tags or packaging

     Delivery refused by the customer

    Sale items (20%–50% off) are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was shipped by Daabu.

    Additional conditions


     Colour variation of up to ~20% due to screen resolution differences is not grounds for return.

     If a product is simply not liked after delivery, return shipping is entirely the customer's responsibility. No reverse pickup will be arranged.

     Non-refundable charges: alteration, fall & pico, petticoat, and pre-draping.

     How to raise a return

     Contact Daabu — Email support@daabujaipur.com within 48 hours (damaged/defective) or 15 days (all other returns) of delivery. Attach photos of the issue if applicable.

     Await confirmation — Our team responds within 2–3 business days. Do not ship anything before receiving a Return Accepted email from us.

     Ship the item back — Use a reputed registered courier. Mark the package "Defective Items for Return – Not for Sale". Retain all original packaging, tags, and stickers.

     Quality check — Our warehouse team inspects the return within 2–4 business days of receipt.

     Resolution — Once QC is cleared, your refund, store credit, or replacement is processed promptly.

     Cancellations

     Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    Yes — for Non-Ready-to-Ship products only, within 24 hours of order placement. Email support@daabujaipur.com or cancel via My Account. Orders placed during a Sale are not eligible for cancellation. Approved cancellations are resolved as store credit or a coupon code.

    100% of product value refunded once QC is cleared — including applicable shipping and stitching charges.

    Where approved, issued as store credit or a percentage coupon valid on any future purchase.

    Wrong item, defect, or our error? Choose a replacement, full store credit, or a cash refund. Return shipping also reimbursed.

    Refunds will never exceed the actual amount paid. Non-refundable charges (alteration, fall & pico, petticoat, pre-draping) are excluded in all scenarios.
